Zoning Board of Appeals
The Board of Appeals is an independent judicial body that hears cases from those that are attempting to seek relief by variance to the local zoning regulations. Typically Building projects that may lack sufficient space as required by law, or a potential new use not permitted by law are matters entertained by this body.
